Boston Globe published Scott Kirsner’s piece on November 14th entitled “How much can you trust buzz?” Scott is a contributing editor at Fast Company. His piece raises ongoing concerns about disclosure in word-of-mouth marketing and, focuses on BzzAgents and a book authored by the company’s founder Dave Balter.
